In these days of increasing competition, colleges are finding it hard to provide appropriate career paths to their students. This is despite the fact that there are more opportunities and career options available now than ever before.
The reason: conventional college courses build students' knowledge in domain areas but do not give them knowledge about their personality, strengths, and weaknesses. So, when students go about choosing their careers, they ignore the most important aspect of career decisions — their own personality — by which they can decide which career they have the inclination for. When a student understands his personality chooses a career accordingly, it becomes easier for him to grow. Our Mirror workshop does exactly that, making students understand their personality and helping them choosing a career.
Mirror workshop is designed to ensure that your students know what type of career they may take up, given their strengths. It also alerts them to behavioral areas that they need to pay more attention to and improve. Thus, they end up choosing careers based on their competencies, not merely on other people's views or on preconceived notions.

Globarena's program is conducted as a one day session by our expert Trainers and Facilitators. Each program can accommodate a maximum of 125 students. If there are more than 125 students, multiple batches are required to ensure individual attention.
Any student, of any year, can benefit from it, but this program is definitely a must for pre-final and final year students.
