An young Entrepreneur, who took over the Management at an young age after the untimely demise of his father late Shri. M.P.Chary, the Founder Chairman of the group and a Doyen of the industry. He has a hands-on experience in Management and is successfully running the group companies.

After obtaining his Master´s Degree in Chemistry in the year 1992 and 2 years research experience in Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, he has directly plunged into various functional responsibilities in his Group Companies. His work experience and learning has come from handling Technical, Manufacturing and Materials Management. He is very actively involved at a strategic management level in all the Group Companies. Simultaneously he heads the Elbit Medical Diagnostics Limited as Managing Director apart from being a Director in other group companies.

Mr. Narayana is a distinguished I.P.S. officer having 33 years of experience, and retired as Inspector General of Police, C.I.D. Andhra Pradesh. During his tenure in Police Department, he served in various capacities and worked in almost all districts of A.P. He worked as Commandant C.I.S.F., Chennai Port Trust and was on Board of Directors. He also worked in the same capacity in E.C.I.L. and Nuclear Fuel Complex, Hyderabad. Prior to joining police department, he worked in Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad from 1970-76.

At Globarena Mr. Narayana plays a vital role in day-to-day administrative activities of the organization in terms of Human Resource Requirements, Infrastructure, Expense control, Accounts, etc.

He is a Post Graduate in Commerce, from B.H.U. and has done various management courses with prestigious institutes like ASCI and Indo-American Society. After starting his career as a Management Executive he grew to higher positions in Management. He held positions of Company Secretary in TCI Limited and Director in TCI Finance Limited, TCI Hi-Ways (P) Ltd., and President of Bhrucom Software Service Pvt. Ltd. He held various positions in Social Organizations. He is also Director in other group companies.

He brings with him excellent Management and Organization building skills.

He brings in lot of experience in terms of Financial Planning & Control, New Investments, Fund Raising, Mergers & Acquisitions etc., into the organization.

He is a renowned Charted Accountant having more than 33 years of experience in the Finance areas across several industries such as Chemical & Fertilizers, Steel, Textiles, Electronics, Cement and Agri-inputs. He is graduated in Commerce, from the Madras University. He started his career with DCM, later he moved to SAIL, and to Samtel Color Limited. In 1998, he was picked up by K.K. Birla Group of Companies. During his tenure with K.K. Birla Group, he served as Vice President-Finance for Zuari Industries, and as Board of Director for Zuari Group of Companies. He was a Whole Time Director on the Board of Birla Home Finance Limited. He was actively involved in Fund raising for Acquisitions for K.K. Birla Group of Companies.
