eLAS/GEMS is a JNTUH and Globarena Technologies initiative that focuses on improving student placements through comprehensive employability skills training and assessment services.

We are proud to announce ‘eLEAP 2011’ (Learn. Empower. Assess. Perform.), the first industry interaction being organized by University Industry Interaction Cell (UIIC) - JNTUH and Globarena Technologies.

eLEAP 2011 is being conducted to conclude eLAS/GEMS 2010-11 and enable participants to understand the industry’s perspective on such initiatives and how it can help colleges in improving student placements.
eLEAP 2011 will focus on the following:
  • Importance of Assessments and their Relevance to Corporates
  • Importance of eLearning
  • How one can overcome the Industry-Academia gap
  • JNTUH’s roadmap to develop an employable talent pool for Corporates/Industries through eLAS/GEMS in the academic year 2011-12
