A sample format of the information that can be included while reporting the problem is given below.

Remote trouble shooting
Support team would remotely, through the Internet, access your system to diagnose and rectify the problem. All you need is to connect your PC to the Internet. We would access your PC and resolve the problem. You would be watching the support executive resolving the problem or setting the configuration right. This will empower you to resolve minor issues on your own.
