Instead of 1 or 2 day’s industry academia conferences ways to continuous interactions need to be worked out through R&D, joint projects and other common efforts which will benefit both. Alumni network should be used effectively by both companies and colleges to promote more mutually beneficial activities Colleges should broadband their approach and reach out to more companies especially smaller ones.
