- Talent development – why 18 weeks of induction training – this can be reduced if done at college either by college or by company.
- Nasscom has tied up with National Skill Development Corporation to launch several programs for bridging the skill gap.
- NAC standardization will help companies and colleges come together.
Other panelists suggested that :
- Industry cell at college should do company development
- Industry can consider outsoucing R & D, sharing relevatnt data and case studies with colleges if colleges provide foolproof security to protect IPR.
- Finishing schools are better in campus than off campus
