Nasscom has tied up with National Skill Development Corporation to launch several programs for bridging the skill gap. NAC standardization will help companies and colleges come together. Other panelists suggested that : Industry cell at college should do company development Industry can consider outsoucing R & D, sharing relevatnt data and case studies with colleges if colleges provide foolproof security to protect IPR. Finishing schools are better in campus than off campus
