STEP - Structured Employability-Enhancement Program
What is STEP Program?
This program is designed to help graduates/undergraduates to learn and acquire all the essential skills to get employed and be successful in career. The program is integrated with NAC Test- NASSCOM Assessment of Competence, which is an industry-endorsed assessment that leads to NASSCOM Certification.
Who is STEP Program meant for?
The program is meant for candidates currently undergoing Graduation in Arts, Commerce or any other discipline and Post Graduate students in Arts, Commerce and science who will be seeking employment soon. STEP prepares the students to be industry ready and to meet the employability criteria set by different companies.

- Each participant of STEP program who achieves at least 50% in all sections of NAC-Final, will be given at-least 3 interview opportunities for placement as part of placement assistance by Globarena
Methodology
Step 1: NAC-D (NASSCOM Assessment of Competence Diagnostic) test is conducted to generate a structured report on strengths and areas of improvement of the students from an employability perspective.
Step 2: One-on-one career counselling will be done by our counsellors to help each of the participants to identify the right careers for them, set goals to land in the right job and an action plan is designed to successfully achieve the goals
Step 3: Access is provided to nearly 100 hours of online learning through GEMS portal, so that each participant will go through a structured learning experience, participate in forums, access job postings, ask experts questions and access assessments to continuously gauge their progress
Step 4: 30hrs of Mentor-led training to fine-tune and consolidate learning from GEMS modules
Step 5: We will conduct NAC-Final, which will assess the participant's skill levels and employability. A scorecard certified by NASSCOM is given to the candidates. They can access several BPO/KPO/IT/ITES job opportunities using this score card as he scores will be shared by NASSCOM to all its members in NAC Council
Where is STEP Program conducted?
STEP program can be conducted in any college with a computer centre with good internet connection.
