Mr. Raju holds a Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales Marketing. He brings with him over 19 years of rich and progressive experience in Sales, Marketing and operation.

Before joining Globarena Technologies Mr. Raju was a business partner of National Institute of Sales (NIS) a division of NIIT, during this tenure he was associated with many enterprising initiatives involving students and corporates. He also worked with Andhra Electronics spearheading various marketing initiatives especially in the government and export space.

Mr. Raju is on many panels and boards of educational institutions to address student's skill development issues. He is an active member and charter secretary of Lions Club CRV Shameerpet and wishes to address causes like child education issues and senior citizens destitution issues in his capacity.

At Globarena Technologies Mr. Raju takes care of the complete organisational operations, he is responsible for staff leadership, organisational development and governs the business functions like finance, human resource, project management, information technologies and general administration.

Ajay Chandra Sadhuneni GPHR is a recognized professional in the fields of HRM, HRD, OD, and Psychology. He holds an M.Psy degree (University of Allahabad) and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Nagarjuna University). He has worked for over 11 years in the HR and Talent Management domains. In his current role as Vice President - Assessments, Ajay spearheads TalentMetrics, the Assessments business of Globarena.
Ajay worked as Director-HR for NetEnrich Technologies prior to joining Globarena. He also worked in various capacities at companies like iGATE Global Solutions, Goldstone Technologies, First American Corporation and Packetware.

Ajay is a life-member of National HRD Network and served as its Secretary for Hyderabad chapter for 2 consequtive terms between 2006 - 2010. His expertise in HRM, HRD, Applied Psychology and Talent Management is widely acknowledged and he is a frequent speaker on HR topics.

Ajay is among the first few professionals to earn GPHR certification from SHRM's credentialing body HRCI-USA in the year 2007. He has also attended a 1-year Accelerated General Management Program (AGMP) at IIM-Ahmedabad.

A Mechanical Engineering Graduate and a Post Graduate in Business Administration with over 18 years of national and global experience in manufacturing and product development, Mr. B. S. V. S. Ramchander is currently the Vice President - Product Development at Globarena Technologies. He is responsible for strategizing and implementing technology enabled learning initiatives in the employability enhancement and education automation solutions space.
Mr. Ramchander started his career as a Plant Manager in a large scale CD manufacturing unit and prior to joining Globarena Technologies Mr Ramchander was associated with NS Raghavan Center for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL) at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) for the rollout of BIZZWINGS, a 'BPlan Competition'.

Mr. Santosh is Vice President, Service Delivery of Globarena Technologies. Mr. Santosh is a seasoned professional with strong National and Global experience in versatile sectors like Electronic, Information Technology, Training, Operations and General Management. Before joining Globarena Technologies, Mr. Santosh was involved as a key player in different national level student training initiatives undertaken by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
At Globarena Technologies, he was responsible for driving change across the organization through a series of strategic training initiatives in the employability skill training space by closely monitoring and reviewing the changing corporate scenario in India and abroad.
Mr. Santosh has keen interest in career counseling, corporate and life skills training and has benefited many students and professionals.

He has over 11 years of experience in E-learning development, and is currently the General Manager, E-Learning Services at Globarena Technologies and is responsible for design, development and delivery of E-Learning Products and Projects. He has vast experience in handling large domestic and international E-Learning projects and has spearheaded E-Learning projects for major corporate customers like ICICI Bank, Wipro, Oracle Corporation at Globarena Technologies. His specialization includes Instructional Design, Development and Authoring tools, UI design and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

He has done his Post Graduation in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati and was associated with IIM Bangalore for his Academic Project. He is a trained Project Management Personnel (PMP). Prior to joining Globarena Technologies, he worked with Etiam Inc., SSI - Inndsoft (an SSI Company) where he handled many E-Learning projects for many National and International Corporate Majors.
